What can make us come to the creation of TENANTSLIFE?

After several years passed in a firm of paint for buildings for which a huge part of the activity happens around the damages, I noticed there were two kinds:

-Damages whom criterias make them enter in a defined standardization and which are easy to repair.

-Damages for which one or several details make the repairing more difficult.

I studied the second kind, seeking where did the problems came from and if solutions existed. Most of time, the technical and legal tools of mending are available. The main trouble lays in the fact that the different characters involved are barely informed about what has to be done and how it must happen:

-Some of them don’t have the whole knowledge about their tasks, and all know few things about the others. They don’t speak the same language and meet several difficulties to understand each other.

- It is amazing to notice that lot of hem can’t justify an opinion or a decision even though it was taught to them. As an example: with the Pythagoras Theorem. For them, this one must or must not but they could not say in the name of what. This famous “this one” will answer the contrary with the same way delaying the resolution of the problem. And in a culture of human rights, a great part of the characters will claim their right which they don’t have a clue about the origin but which enables to delay the evolution of a file.

-When they try to get informed, the sources are hard to find. They sometime find ones which are contradictory between them and can’t distinguish the truth from the lie.  From their culture, they can believe in not reliable sources. We won’t say anything about those who make the choice to be dishonest and lead the other to mistake.

-In addition, they breath in a stressing professional, personal, family atmosphere which restrict their time to complete their informations and opinion. It is not rare that orders are sent without all the elements to solve a problem are brought together.

In such shamble, it often happens that a damage on the second category, which first was easy to repair, takes huge proportions bringing a system where the time of solving is considerably delayed, or that the repairing is partially done giving the opportunity to exist to other damages.

What can the result be in a country where the main part of the building are more 50 years old?

In addition to the indecency, insalubrity and danger for the occupiers.

It is interesting to bring together the knowledge of each one via reliable informations, without being too much technical but enough so that the different characters can understand themselves, get along with each other, work together in a quick and efficient way, and maybe, without knowing it, save life.

Sure, since its creation in august 2008 , it did not updated as fast as the one of a startup. Be informed that I am nearly alone in this project and the help brought is tiny. I pass a long time in the search of reliable informations in the time remaining between my professional and personal life. You will understand I have few time to give it a presentation and publish heavy files with their several case which are not particularly easy (some of them are headaches and I can’t make a head or a tail of them. It often happens that for this reason I make French or English syntax errors) and with the few technical means I have. I also have to manage with the forbidding of writing some truth which would damage the brand image of some of my customers. It could and can create weird texts as I don’t have the use to avoid to call a dog a dog and a cat a cat.

I beg your pardon but it doesn’t sway my will to make TENANTSLIFE evolve not only for France but also for other countries.
